2025 Tackle Football Registration

The following documentation is due by equipment distribution:

• Football equipment deposit check of $500 (check will not be cashed unless equipment is not returned)
• Volunteer deposit check of $500 (check will not be cashed unless volunteer hours are not completed)
• 2025 Medical Clearance Form (must be dated after 4/15/25) - FORM NOT YET AVAILABLE
• Copy of birth certificate 
• Copy of end of year report card

Photo of player must be entered at time of registration. Picture must include player headshot only. 

Athlete must be registered ONLY to the team associated with their age (age as of June 15, 2025)

NEW THIS SEASON! Pre-Register BEFORE tryouts! This allows more time to make payments on your balance. 

All cheerleaders are required to register for tryouts AND season registration. 

TRYOUT REGISTRATION: 2025 TRYOUTS

The following documentation is required for registration to be complete (due before 7/8/2025):

• Volunteer deposit check of $500 payable to WJW (check will not be cashed unless volunteer hours are not completed)
• Medical Clearance Form (Not yet available) 
• Copy of birth certificate 
• Copy of end of year report card

Partial pay for cheer registration: Payment can be made in full OR you can choose to pay in increments, with the last payment being the remaining balance due by 7/10/25.
